One week is enough to try camp life, learn the basic stance, punches, kicks, knees and elbows, and do your first pad rounds with a trainer. Your body will spend part of the week adjusting to the heat and to training twice a day, so pace yourself.
If you want to make clear progress, a month is better: most of our international guests stay about one month. You can start with a week and ask staff about extending while you are here. See what a month at camp looks like.
