You train in small groups alongside the camp's own fighters, who compete on ONE Lumpinee.

What 25,000 THB a month gets you
Thirty days of Stay & Train is one price for everything you need to live and train at the camp:
- A private air-conditioned room at the camp, with Wi-Fi.
- Breakfast and dinner every day, Sundays included.
- Two training sessions a day, Monday–Saturday, about 06:00–09:00 and 15:00–18:00. That is about 25 training days and around 50 sessions in 30 days.
- Electricity, so the air conditioning is not billed separately.
- Gloves and hand wraps to borrow at the gym.
Spread over the month, that works out at about 830 THB a day for your room, two meals and two sessions. For comparison, a single 60-minute drop-in group class at N&P costs 400 THB on its own, with no room or food. See the room.
The longer you stay, the less you pay per day
| Stay | Price | About per day |
|---|---|---|
| 1 week | 7,000 THB | 1,000 THB |
| 2 weeks | 14,000 THB | 1,000 THB |
| 3 weeks | 21,000 THB | 1,000 THB |
| 30 days | 25,000 THB | 830 THB |
| 6 months (10% off) | 135,000 THB | 750 THB |
Thirty days cost only 4,000 THB more than three weeks, which is why a month is the best value for most people and why most of our international guests stay about a month. Stays of 6 months or longer get 10% off. Read about long stays.
One price, no extra fees
A low headline price is only good value if it is the price you actually pay. At N&P there is no separate training fee, room fee, utility bill or equipment rental on top of Stay & Train, and the price is the same in every month of the year, with no high-season surcharge.
What you do pay for separately is short and predictable: flights, travel insurance, lunch and snacks, your own outings, and private lessons if you want one-to-one work (700 THB a session). Airport pickup is available for an extra cost; ask staff for a quote. See the full cost breakdown.
How to compare camp prices fairly
Camps quote prices in different ways: some list training only, some add rooms and meals, some change prices by season. Before you compare, add up the same things for every camp you are looking at:
| Question to ask | At N&P |
|---|---|
| Is the room included, or booked and paid separately? | Included, private and air-conditioned |
| Which meals are included? | Breakfast and dinner every day |
| How many sessions a day, and which days? | Two a day, Monday–Saturday |
| Is electricity or air conditioning extra? | Included |
| Do you pay to borrow gloves and wraps? | No, free to borrow |
| Does the price go up in high season? | No, same price all year |
| Does fighter-level training cost more? | No, same price |
Compare the total for your whole stay, including the room, food and transport you would otherwise pay for. Our seven questions to ask a camp cover the rest.
Affordable does not mean basic training
A lower price does not mean lighter training. N&P is a working fight camp:
- Train with active fighters. The camp's own fighters, Buakhiao Por Paoin and Anon Taladkondernmuangpon, compete on ONE Lumpinee. Meet our fighters.
- Small groups. Fighter-level groups are small, so the attention is close to a private class.
- A full gym. A boxing ring, heavy bags and a weights area on site.
- Beginners welcome. Complete beginners train in the same sessions, the trainer adjusts the work to your level, and sparring is optional. Read the beginner's guide.
Fighter-level training at the same price
If you already have solid basics, you can choose fighter-level training for 30 days at the same 25,000 THB. It adds sparring, clinch work and running alongside the camp fighters, and the camp can help arrange a fight when your coaches judge you ready and there is a suitable event. A fight is never guaranteed. Read about fighter training.
Living on site in Rama 2
You sleep a few steps from the gym, so there is no daily taxi or train ride to training and back. The camp is in the Rama 2 area of south-west Bangkok (Bang Khun Thian district), away from the tourist centre, which makes it easier to keep a training routine. Check-in is from 14:00 and checkout is at 13:00.
Rooms are limited, so confirm your dates with staff before you book flights. A 50% deposit reserves your room and the balance is due before check-in.
