Why most guests stay a month
The first week is mostly about adjusting: the heat, training twice a day and sore muscles. After that, training starts to feel normal and you can focus on technique.
Over a month most people learn the full set of basic strikes, can put together combinations on the pads and notice a real change in their stamina and confidence. Experienced trainees can choose fighter-level training at the same price, with sparring, clinch work and running alongside the camp's own fighters. Read about fighter training.
