Your training day at camp

Training Monday–Saturday, approximately 06:00–09:00 and 15:00–18:00 (Bangkok time). No training on Sundays; meals are still provided. Training continues on the 15th and 16th unless they fall on Sunday.

A working Muay Thai camp in Rama 2, Bangkok

N&P Muaythai Camp is a Muay Thai camp in the Rama 2 area of south-west Bangkok, away from the tourist centre. Our own fighters compete on ONE Lumpinee and train in the same gym as our guests.

Stay & Train lets you live at the camp: a private air-conditioned room with Wi-Fi, breakfast and dinner every day, and two training sessions a day, Monday to Saturday. Complete beginners are welcome and sparring is optional. Most international guests stay about a month.

Not staying with us? Join a 60-minute group class, starting every hour from 14:00 to 19:00, or book a private session. Trainers speak Thai and a little English, and reception speaks English.
