What a long stay costs
| Stay | Price |
|---|---|
| 30 days | 25,000 THB |
| 3 months | 75,000 THB |
| 6 months (10% off) | 135,000 THB instead of 150,000 THB |

Ask staff to confirm the total for your exact dates. Not sure yet? You can start with one week for 7,000 THB and extend while you are here.
What changes after the first month
A month gives you the basics and a clear change in fitness. Staying longer is how the technique becomes automatic: you stop thinking about each kick and start reading your partner, and the trainers can push you harder because they know your game.
Many long-stay guests start at beginner level and move to fighter-level training once their trainer agrees. It costs the same and adds sparring, clinch work and running alongside the camp's own fighters, who compete on ONE Lumpinee. Read about fighter training.
Can I fight during a long stay?
A long stay gives you the best chance. The camp can help arrange a fight when your coaches judge you ready and there is a suitable event for your level and weight. That is never guaranteed, so tell staff early if fighting is a goal.
Your weekly routine
| Time (Bangkok) | What happens |
|---|---|
| 06:00–09:00 | Morning training |
| After training | Breakfast at camp |
| Midday | Rest or explore Bangkok (lunch is not included) |
| 15:00–18:00 | Afternoon training |
| Evening | Dinner at camp |
Training runs Monday–Saturday. Sunday is a rest day with breakfast and dinner still served. Training continues on the 15th and 16th of the month unless they fall on a Sunday.
Living at the camp
You live on site in a private air-conditioned room with Wi-Fi, with breakfast and dinner every day, Sundays too. The camp is in the Rama 2 area of south-west Bangkok (Bang Khun Thian district), away from the tourist centre, which makes it easier to keep a training routine for months. See the room.

Planning a long stay
- Check the Thai visa rules for your nationality before you book a stay of several months.
- Rooms are limited, so confirm your dates with staff well ahead.
- A 50% deposit reserves your room and the balance is due before check-in. We accept cash and Thai bank transfer.
- Plan rest: Sunday is a rest day, and months of twice-a-day training need recovery.
